Witchetty Grub!

Will found this today when he was chopping up some logs for the fire....

It is the larvae of a beetle. It is well known bush food and handy when there is nothing else to eat in the desert.It tastes like scrambled egg...apparently....so think of that next time you have it.

Mmmmmmmm!
