Jungle Friends.

I have mentioned before how bad Australian television is. We are watching nothing shown on the channels here atthe moment apart from The Good Wife and Homeland.....and they are both American shows.On a Current Affair tonight was a 'Ham Wars' investigation into where to buy the best Christmas ham, on the news someone had sent a lamb chop into space....."I've never seen anything like it.....the World is going mad!" Said Dulcie.She just shakes her head and rolls her eyes all the way through the news these days, what with Isis, and mothers who leave their babies in storm drains and now......lamb chops in space!Thank goodness we now have unlimited internet......I have been downloading programmes I miss from the UK like mad......my poor computer is overheating and keeps shutting down!I've got my vimto......but now I also have something else that I really miss from Up Over!.........'I'm a Celebrity, Get me out of here!'They use the word 'Celebrity' very loosely.....I hardly recognise anyone this year but the best bits are usually Ant and Dec anyway.It is filmed just down the coast in the Gold Coast hinterland......about an hour away from us.There is an Australian version of the show starting in the new year.....but of course the Australian 'celebrities' will not be left in the jungle here.......they are going to Africa.......sounds far less dangerous to me!
