'Bless-ed are the Cheesemakers'.

So....the day before yesterday Will got very excited when he saw an advertisement for the position of Assistant Cheesemaker at a Dairy Farm not too far away. He would love to make cheese apparently almost as much as I would not like to eat it.He sent in his letter of application yesterday after the excitement of the discovery of the lightning strike.He received an email today from the owners saying they would like to meet with him and were available anytime today or tomorrow. Of course he high footed it down there almost immediately and returns as the new Assistant Cheesemaker for 'Stanthorpe Cheese'!See his new workplace here...'Stanthorpe Cheese'The job is part time which suits him fine. He is on trial because it would seem that making something stinky from old milk is quite a complicated business and you have to have a 'feel' for it.So....we are part employed! One down....one to go.
