It seems that there's been a major mistake or system issue on the response that you received when you contacted us.We acknowledged that everything seems to be rough for the past 3 months, but believe it or not we've been working really hard to sort everything out. This includes launching our very own app, fixing all our issues with member's accounts and providing good customer service.
