At last!
So...I ordered this T-shirt on the 6th September for Will's birthday. A few days before his birthday, which is on the 23 rd, I emailed the company asking if it would arrive in time for his birthday. I got no reply. I rang and left a message. No one rang me back. Will's birthday cane and went.I sent a further email at the end of September and suddenly got a reply saying that something had gone wrong with the Australian end of their production facility and that my order was going to be dealt with by the American production facility and I would hear something by the 2nd October. They were terribly sorry and gave me 'wescrewedup 50% off your next order' voucher as an apology. That date came and went and I heard nothing. I sent more emails which were ignored and finally issued an ultimatum that if I did not hear anything by the 2oth October at the latest I would be taking further action. On the 19th I received an email to say that the t-shirt had been dispatched and I was given a tracking number except that that first day I noticed that the parcel called at three different places before ending up in a Post Office in Illinois.I kept an eye on it and after one week it still seemed to be sitting in the Post Office in Illinois. I emailed UPS and asked them what was going on and gave them the tracking number. Can you believe there was nothing they could do? They replied and said that it was last recorded at the aforementioned Post Office and that all they could say. They said I should get in touch with the company that sent it to find out what was happening. I didn't hold out much hope of hearing anything from them though. What is the point of having a tracking number on your parcel if the delivery company have no idea where it is and can't find it for you? However, calling at the Service Station in Glen Aplin today where our Post Office box is there was a card in our box saying there was a parcel to collect inside. It was the t-shirt.... finally! It has taken nearly two months and despite phone calls and emails that have gone ignored I have been utterly helpless and fearing I had lost my money....still I have my 'wescrewedup 50% off my next order' voucher but they can stick that where the Sun don't shine!NEVER order a T-Shirt from Ministry of British Comedy who are part of FANTEES PTY LTD. Their customer service is non existent!
