Possum Burglar!

So...for the last week we have a nocturnal intruder in Frogknot. As we no longer sleep in the old house the nightly burglar has free rein about the place while we are not around. On the first night it sadly ate all the 'Ratsak' poison. Since then it has been back and has already eaten a fruit loaf, till we stored the remainder in the fridge. Next it went for the tangerines and a pomegranate, until we covered up the fruit. The night before last it partly ate a sweet potato and some stock cubes.We are not sure where it is getting in but last night I blocked possible entry points with towels. I left the remainder of the sweet potato on the kitchen top to see if my hole stuffing had worked but...it didn't. This morning the sweet potato was gone except for a few crumbs and there was a large pool of possum pee on the kitchen top.That's it! It will have to go. Tonight I will set the fox and rat traps to try and catch it and it will have to be relocated in a land far, far away.
