Second and first.
So...today we got the second of our new tanks in its final position. Quite a bit of rain is forecast in the coming week and it will be good to collect some of it if we can. Yesterday we had 12 mms of rain, the first for quite awhile. It was nice to go to sleep hearing it on the tin roof.
Tonight I spotted what I thought was a huge earthworm outside in the darkness.
It turns out that it is not a worm at all. It is, in fact, a blind snake. Luckily, it is not venemous, but it does have some small, sharp teeth, apparently. It was a first for Will and I, having both never seen one before.
