So...we have been down to the river for a couple of nights this week...

  • A Kangaroo enjoying a mango breakfast...
  • A trawler on the river trawling for prawns...
  • Hungry pelicans waiting for scraps.
  • Wallabies enjoying supper with a view.
  • White Headed Pigeon.
  • We went for a quick dip in the sea at Yamba....
  • Scruffy the Butcher Bird came for a snack.
  • Rainbow over Maclean.
  • At dusk every evening the local colony of Fruit Bats took to the sky in search of food...there were thousands...it was an incredible sight...
  • The Mighty Clarence at Ashby.
  • A friendly face was waiting when we got home.
