Getting rid of 'Elaine'!.....2

So.......last night upon the scales I was informed that I was back up to 93 kgs!'Elaine' certainly had a happy holiday and I seriously let my guard down but I shall be fighting back now that I am back into the old routine.This morning however the scales said I was 92 kgs.......I have no idea where the extra 1 kg went in the night....could it be Alien intervention?.....but it is a step in the right direction.I had mostly rabbit food for breakfast on low carb bread and lunch was ryvita, hummus and things that are mostly water, like cucumber and red pepper.....plus a little bit of delicious smoked mullet that we picked up in Maclean.We shall be walking this evening for an hour plus........Watch out 'Elaine.'(Thinks.....'Hmmmm, I wonder what we are having for tea? I am feeling rather peckish now.)
